I am a growth coach.

You weren’t trained to do this— but I was.

As a certified personal trainer, bodybuilding specialist, and strength and conditioning coach, I am an expert in the making of muscles. I am here to help you transform your physique with  custom protocols created to grow alongside you.

But I don’t just make muscles.

You say, ‘I can’t go to the gym when I want to because I have a lot on my plate right now.’

‘I can’t invest in myself because I’m already paying for XYZ.’

‘I can’t gain weight because…

  • …I’ve tried before.’

  • …I’m scared to get fat.’

  • …I can’t eat that much food.’

and then you believe that what you said is true.

But what you said isn’t true. It’s simply an objection that you created in response to the fear of failure.

You are scared that what I offer you isn’t going to work.

And that fear is keeping you from doing the work that is guaranteed to change your body, your mind, and the cyclically toxic environment that you’re so unhappy living in.

Neelum K.

Neelum went through a lengthy reverse dieting process while I implemented a custom gut protocol to overcome digestive limitations such as bacterial overgrowth, intestinal permeability, and compromised digestion. During this time she was still able to see substantial body recomposition, losing a significant percentage of body fat around the waist and hips, decreasing inflammation in the face and mid-section, and improving on both her upper and lower body muscle mass.

As a result of the 1:1 work that we have done together, she has also made a career shift that previously intimidated her because she always felt compelled to take the ‘safe’ route influenced by her parents and the importance of attainable stability. By overcoming both the fear of failure and the cycle of self-sabotage it was creating, she is now building financial freedom, developing her leadership skills, and removing influences that retaliate against what she is truly capable of.

Ariane O.

Ariane used to be what she called ‘a string bean’ and boy did she put in some work to change that. During our time together, Ariane has transitioned off of birth control, corrected some hormonal irregularities, increased her calories over 1600 calories/day, overcame her fear of heavy lifting, and corrected imbalances in her hips, back and shoulders.

She has also improved her mental space, exponentially. Now, she faces failure with assertiveness, security, and she’s not scared to try even if she might fail. Ariane used this mentality to stop pursuing opportunities that didn’t align with her passions and transformed her motives to be conducive with the future she saw for herself, but never thought possible. She was a teacher and a beach body coach— now she is a traveling artist and sobriety coach.

Kendra P.

Kendra has seen one of the most influential transformations of any of the 100+ women I have worked with. When we first started working together she was looking for growth in all aspects. She had given up on her dream to become a doctor and was looking to pursue nursing out of fear that she would fail med school. She was having difficulties claiming leadership in her life, in her relationship, and in her career. Undergoing body recomp was just a bonus for her as we worked together to rewire her habits, release the power that her circumstances had over her, and reinforce positive habits that would help to build believable affirmations.

Kendra went on to get accepted to med school, transform her physique, built habits that fought back against the limitations that circumstances like anxiety and ADHD present every day, and is a model for how possible it is to become assertive in your life— and in your lifts.
